The agreement between you and MGH Books (a brand of Mystical Home Decor Products) governing your use of the Platform — under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and applicable Indian law.
Last updated: 21 June 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User", "Subscriber") and Mystical Home Decor Products, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, which owns and operates the MGH Books brand and Platform. By registering for, accessing or using the Services (the website web.mghaiapps.com, the app books.mghaiapps.com and related features), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Data Protection & Liability terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, copy or white-label the Platform except where a plan or written agreement expressly permits it.

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the data and documents you create using the Services.
You retain all ownership of Your Data. We act as a processor/custodian to provide the Services. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and back up Your Data solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for keeping your own backups using the in-app Export/Backup tools. Our handling of Your Data is described in the Privacy Policy and Data Protection & Liability page.
Optional AI features (chat, drafting, OCR, suggestions) are provided for assistance only and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You must independently verify any AI-generated output before relying on it. Inputs you submit to AI features may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate a response, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform, its software, design, branding ("MGH Books"), trademarks and content are owned by Mystical Home Decor Products and protected by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of the Platform to you.
We strive to keep the Services available and provide support via email and WhatsApp, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages or events beyond our control may cause downtime. Support is provided on a commercially reasonable, best-effort basis.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. You use the Services at your own risk and judgement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Mystical Home Decor Products and MGH Books, and their owners, employees and partners, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services — including any loss, corruption or unavailability of data in any circumstance whatsoever.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us for the Services in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim (and shall be nil for free plans).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mystical Home Decor Products / MGH Books from any claim, demand, loss, liability, penalty or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your data, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or unlawful use, or as required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. On termination, your licence ends; data handling and retention follow the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Sections that by their nature survive termination (e.g. liability, indemnity, IP) shall continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. The parties will attempt good-faith resolution before initiating proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
