Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all subscription payments made for MGH Books (operated by Mystical Home Decor Products) through our authorised payment gateway. By purchasing a plan, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

2. Free plan & demo

Our Free (Shuruat) plan and demo mode are available at no cost and require no payment, so no refund applies. We encourage you to evaluate the Platform thoroughly using the free plan and demo before purchasing a paid plan.

3. Paid subscriptions

• Paid plans (Pragati, Samridhi, Unnati, Shakti or custom) are billed in advance for the subscription term (typically annual).
• Access to paid features begins immediately upon successful payment.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase; you will be informed before any renewal charge.

4. Refund eligibility

Refunds may also be issued in the case of a verified duplicate charge or a proven technical failure on our side that prevented you from using the paid Service and that we were unable to resolve.

5. Non-refundable items

• Requests made after the 7-day window from the first payment.
• Renewal payments for a continuing subscription (please cancel before renewal).
• Add-ons, per-seat or per-company quantity purchases once provisioned and used.
• Custom/enterprise plans where a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
• Charges where the account has violated the Terms of Service (e.g. fraud, unlawful use).
• Taxes and payment-gateway charges, where non-recoverable.

6. How to cancel

To cancel a subscription or request a refund, email supportbooks@mghaiapps.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 78029 87794 from your registered contact, including your registered email, business name and payment reference. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to paid features until the end of the paid term unless a refund is processed.

7. Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through our payment gateway. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days; the time for funds to reflect depends on your bank/card issuer (usually an additional 5–10 business days). We will keep you updated by email.

8. Founding Partner offer

The Founding Partner benefit (a complimentary plan for a stated period for early businesses) is a free promotional grant. As no fee is charged for the promotional period, no refund is applicable to it. Standard paid pricing applies thereafter, subject to this policy.
